The short version: Usual is yours to use for keeping track of the services you rely on; what you put in stays yours; be honest with shops and they will be honest with you.
The agreement
These terms are between you and PNE Solutions inc. By creating an account you accept them. You must be 14 or older.
Your content
What you write, photograph and share in Usual is yours. You give Usual only the permission it needs to store it, show it to you, and show the parts you chose to the businesses you chose.
Do not upload what you have no right to share, and do not use Usual to harass anyone.
Bookings and deposits
A booking made through Usual is an agreement between you and the shop. Where a shop asks for a deposit, its cancellation window is shown before you pay; cancel outside that window and the deposit is refunded in full, cancel inside it and the shop may keep it. Usual holds neither party's money.
Suggestions from businesses
A business may suggest a record to add to your Usual. It is a suggestion; nothing changes until you accept it, and you can decline without explanation.
Availability
Usual is offered as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never make a mistake, and we are not liable for loss that follows from either, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account used to abuse Usual or other people, and will say why.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada. Where a French and an English version differ, the French version prevails for residents of Quebec.
